Timely, said my dogs grooming was going to take 4 hours, only took 2 and a half
All you have to do is look on Petco website, if you find a price that is lower than the store, show the cashier and they will give you the lower price. It's really that simple.
Love this Petco. The employees are always welcoming and helpful. The answer all our questions and even laugh at my fiance's silly jokes. We do all our pet shopping here. Mahalo.

While I do love this petco I'm sad to say I must leave a bad review for the grooming. I have gone previously and have had a great experience with a groomer named Tara! She was amazing my dog looked gorgeous in the perfect Bichon cut. I have found very hard to find a groomer who knows how to give a nice round Bichon head and she did marvelously. However this second time I went she unfortunately wasn't there and I was groomed by what they described as one of the best groomers they have.... I believe her name was Gin or something like that. Yes she was very quick and while my dog looked decent (but not in the round Bichon face I asked for) upon pick up when I got home I realized she had uneven hairs EVERYWHERE ! Especially in her legs and her little stub tail. There are long clumps of hair sticking out all over. She also didn't provide me with the usual behavior pamphlet they usually provide with how your dog did etc. I was very disappointed. I will not be cutting my dogs hair with her EVER AGAIN !
So far so good! We found the price matching guarantee! Guess what!?! They honored it! We save $30 by using it for a crate bed. We bought the crate off Amazon and the bed from petco!
Does not stock up on Fancy Feast Chunky Chicken for felines. Petco in Pearl City only has two (2) cases twice a week which is an inadequate amount. Inventory should be replaced by supply and demand. Several flavors of Fancy Feast does not sell which should be reduced so that items that does sell can be increased. Local stores should gave input if items based on sales.
