Tried to be understanding due to holiday season rush but come on....the first problem was the delivery guy not using the call service in the building, I know because it routes to my cell phone (no missed calls), to let me know my package arrived.. he snuck in building instead and must have knocked while I was in bathroom or very lightly...then he leaves his cell number and FedEx ground services phone number written on a paper tag which was fine, but the trouble is this genius wrote the numbers using a sharpie or magic marker so it's impossible to read because the ink tends to blot on paper! So I called the 1-800 number instead to schedule an in-store pick up....like the previous reviews...Crap... they should just take a bag of rocks, put a FedEx shirt on it, and paint faces on them.
Grabbed my box and headed over to the US Post Office on the corner of Kamehemeha Hwy and Acacia Rd. Filled out my proper paperwork and box was on it's merry way within 5 minutes. It will be 6-10 days before my son receives his box, instead of 3-5 days but that's okay. The US Post Office likes my money.
Honestly & Fairly these Folks take the time to provide the required support . During my visit I've experienced computer problems, luckily I was treated with respect and in a professional manner. Kara and her staff took the time to sort out the problem, spent 2 hour sorting and indexing documents to make sure that they were in the required order. Also Inspected over 2000 Pages individually for errors. No matter where you go on the Island you will not get personalized service like this. Yes you will be frustrated at first Yes, You want things Now, Just Let them do what they do best and they will make things work for you. This is my Favorite Store and I Highly Recommend it !
He obviously didn't want our business for whatever reason because he was just being such a jerk.
Paid $98 for mailing where I would've paid FedEx more but hey they didn't want my money and business.
Very unhelpful staff. They'll look at you waiting in line for assistance, and keep walking without even acknowledging you. Thankfully they upgraded their equipment so you have to interact with them less. But it's still a place I would only go if I absolutely had to have something copied or printed immediately.
Stopped by to mail a box to my son in Australia. Had some omiyage stuff and food items for our Aussie friends. We've used this location for mailing boxes to foreign countries in the past. Whenever we come in the customer service workers are awesome. It's the MANAGER that's so unprofessional. I forgot his name (maybe Terry) but, it's a Filipino guy maybe in his 50's.
Quick break down of items: li hing powder, Girl Scout cookies, book, Walking Dead figurine, pancake mix, and some t-shirts. He then proceeds to tell us my son needs to have an import declaration permit to receive the box because I have food items in it. WTH??? I reiterate that these items are gifts, not for resale. He states this is what the Australia Customs requires. Wait, that's not the best part yet. He tells me I need to have the country where the clothing items are manufactured, what kind of material it's made of, etc. Which what is expected because of my past experiences mailing with them. But, he continues on to saying I need to have the dimensions of the clothing I'm sending over. Sure, I walk around with a tape measure on me. At this point, I'm past WTH, it's WTF!!
Second time I've used them and they have the worst customer service. If it was convenient, I wouldn't go back.
