DO NOT USE!!!!! We scheduled for a move in Kailua. We were charged for the move. We called and emailed at least 6 times with no return calls or emails. The day of the move they did not show up. We even went to their "place of business" - it was an apartment building in Honolulu. Total SCAM. We reported them to the better business bureau in Hawaii. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

We are a quite big family (three kids and a cat) and were in need of a fast and careful moving. Everything went smooth: first of all we made an appointment and the info we received from the office was clear and explanatory. The team took great care in moving all our things from a two-story to another two-story and everything was done at a good pace. It’s that they worked hard and I got a very good price…I will contact them again for my future moving! Thanks!
Crooks! Extortionists. what should have been a simple move no more than 3 hours ended up costing me $800+. They were late, we requested 3 guys only 2 showed up. I left my wife in charge and these guys decided to take advantage of her. She calls me 5 hours later saying they haven't even left the old house. Needless to say I rush home. Their revised quote for the 2 guys was for like 12 hours. In actuality it took ME less than an hour to unpack the truck myself and sent them on their way. DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
We put a deposit down of $110 and made an appointment for Friday from 0930-1030. I called and left a message to confirm the move. I called at least 4 times and my husband called to leave messages. No return phone calls. No show. Nothing. We waited all day for them to come. The money was not returned and I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do not use this company.
Avoid this company. The two individuals who showed up and actually moved the furniture were professional and even the owner David showed up at the beginning of the move. During the move one of the movers put a 2-3 inch scrape in the wall and was very honest and told me right away. Told David about it, he said he would get it taken care of. Didn't hear back for a few days then he told me his contractor would be out there the following week. Contractor never showed. Sent text messages and left a voicemail. Seems to be ignoring/avoiding my calls at this point.
