It was busy when I went and we had a party of over 15 ourselves. Considering that the food was served in a decent time and my wings were nice and hot. Servers were friendly and attentive for the most part though my drink did sit empty for a while a few times, but again they were already busy and we had a large group too. Food was tasty, atmosphere was fun. I am going again eventually, just a bit of a drive from where I live.
We were so excited about going here and having some amazing wings, with the wings being amazing the service wasn’t that great :( I was very disappointed our app came out late :( it came with our entree so we didn’t get any time to actually enjoy our app then get our entree.
I’m a loyal buffalos wild wings customer. I’ve been to this place three times. First time took over an hour and I finally got asked what my drinks will be (this is not even an exaggeration) Took another hour for the waiter to ask what our order will be. My date and I finally walked out after waiting two hours for our order. Terrible service, this place in particular. I figured, maybe it was a bad night. So I came back twice. Both times were exactly the same. I asked for a side of sauce, and about thirty minutes later the waiter came back with a side of Mandarins. Rolled his eyes and came back with a side of sauce I didn’t order. I hate this restaurant. If I could give them zero stars I would.
I mean if you come here and complain just remember it is essentially food that you could make at home... Heat up come frozen chicken wings and toss them in sauce (haha). It is not a "nice place" by any means but if you want some bad for you food and don't want to heat it up yourself then its a great place! The service at this location has been good. Also, make sure you sign up for the rewards program if you visit even just once and a while, the points add up fast for some free food items!
Kids good should always come out first so they can eat and enjoy playing games and talking.
Today we saw a couple walk out because there food was late :( the guy who was our server never gave us refills .... so overall we were not happy but we got to eat our wings !
If I could give zero stars I would. Let me start by saying the restaurant was by no means busy. It took over an hour for our group to get our food, which for the most part was incorrect (missing items, wrong style of wings). During this hour, no one stopped to refill drinks or check on our group. We asked for our checks and that process took nearly another hour. As compensation, we were offered five dollar off coupons. Pretty useless since I doubt I'd ever go back. I've had mediocre experiences at BWW over the years but this was by far the worst.
