I contacted Kehau at Pearl City Florist because I needed to change to another florist (due to dissatisfaction with the original florist). I informed Kehau of my situation and let her know that the wedding was in two weeks. She said she would be able to help me, met with me the next morning. She assisted me with selecting the flowers for the bride and three bridesmaids, as well as lei for the parents of the bride. She was very prompt with returning my phone calls, sent me text messages with pictures of the bouquets as the date approached, contacted me for feedback and to share her thoughts about the wedding bouquets. Her customer service was excellent, she was very efficient and professional, and the bouquets were absolutely beautiful!! Not to mention I called her two days before the wedding to request for multi-colored rose petals to sprinkle in the aisle. Kehau was a life saver!! I would definitely return to Pearl City Florist in the future!!

They might be a little harder to find now, but their products are wonderful. It has been a joy working with them on flowers for my mother's memorial service. They are very easy to work with and so accommodating.
