David's Bridal was wonderful. They were helpful and very friendly. They weren't pushy or trying to upsell, they just wanted to make sure we found everything we needed. Courtnee and Jaime Lee were great, checked on us frequently but didn't overwhelm us.
Had a great experience in this boutique. My fiancé and I were actually rushing to buy my gown in time for our wedding. We were accommodated immediately upon our visit today. Auburn, the stylist who assisted me, was very helpful, giving suggestions on each dress look. I found my desired style, as well as the shoes and the veil in 30 minutes, which is unprecedented. :) Processing was fast, ringing the bell (which is a ceremony they do when you finally find your perfect gown) was a nice and fun touch.
Kinda late review but when I went in store in august 2017 I had Cynthia help me with my wedding dress appointment. She was amazing! She was super busy with another bride as well and we happened to have a same dress we wanted to try so she was stuck juggling some things around but I loved her customer service! I was super nervous about finding my dress and expected to take several visits but she helped me find my style and even ones I thought I wouldn’t like I ended up liking a lot
Called to ask a question, and the less than gracious lady on the other end refused to answer my question unless I made an appointment to come into the shop. Said fine I'll make an appointment to come into the shop, and she needed my phone number, email, address, and several other pretty intrusive (i.e. unnecessary just to verify/follow-up if a no-show, etc.) pieces of information. I said forget it. I don't know who David's Bridal thinks they are at this location, but come on, it's David's Bridal, not the Pentagon.
They also got to accommodate my schedule for a dress alternation the day after. :) All in all, a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this boutique.
I had a problem with a gown and less then a month to fix the issue. Customer service took great care of me and asked me to come in the following morning to see what the next move would be. From the minute I arrived Jennifer rhe sales manager made me feel relieved. She made me feel safe. She listened to my needs and in no time, SERIOUSLY she brought out one dress and I was in love! In this dress I feel Regal I felt Royal and i felt beautiful. I have nothing but good things to say about David's Bridal and the wonderful team.
The only reason I give it 2 stars is because at this location, I know there's plenty of parking, they have supposedly a wide selection of dresses, and the few people I know who work there (and ended up asking later anyway; tho when I first had the question it was just easier to call the shop...until it wasn't) and actually deal with customers in person are very very nice people in general. I don't know what the policy of David's Bridal is, or what was wrong with the woman on the phone that day, but not good. Booo.
