No body answer the phone for crying out loud! Was there a budget cut of some workers or shortage of workers?
Purchased an item from the mainland on July 5th with a delivery window of 5-10 days. According to tracking, it was received at local post office on July 18th. It is now July 23rd, postman has already come...and I still haven't received the box. No one answers the phone either! Such a frustrating situation...better service please!
NO ONE!!!! Answers the phone when I'm calling to file a complaint against one of their carriers. If someone answers, they immediately hang up the phone. Guess I'm gonna have to go in person to complain and speak my mind.
This office is slow unfriendly and never answers the phone -10!
I liked how the Caucasian lady helped her visitors but the old Japanese man probably had too much things bothering him. Seemed unfriendly and uncaring. I just thanked him and left to go to another post office. I will pray for him because God loves him. Maybe he just had a bad day. It happens to us all. Grace abounds where grace is given.
