Just got my first bill in and thought it was a little high, so I decided to call to see why and maybe get tips on how to reduce the electric being used. I'm on my lunch break had to wait on the phone for OVER TWENTY FIVE MINUTES and when the person finally answers he/she hangs up. I'm not about to call again so how about you can give me a call between the hours of 11:30 am to 1:00 pm during the weekday or anytime on the weekend. Preferably before the 30th or I can just come to the power plant and I'll ask my questions there. Look up my phone number in your system. Mahalo
Worst Experience ever..Power is always going out on post. Atleast once every 2 weeks.
