ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! Whenever we had called to get machines serviced it took weeks before anyone even called JUST to schedule a service call. When we purchased our own commercial washers and asked for them to remove their machines it took another few weeks almost a month later before hearing back from ANYONE. If I hadn't followed up almost every week to find out what the status was I would have never heard anything back from ANYONE from this company. Absolutely horrible service!!! I will say though that the only time they WERE ON-TIME for anything was to collect coins, in which every serviceman that came out we inquired on getting machines fixed for guests and were told "they'd contact someone"NEVER AGAIN
