I had keys made last week. One of them did not work. So I took it back to the store today. The lady who helped me is named anesia . Not sure of the spelling. She told me that the key that I've been using for over 2 years that was given to me by the lock Smith when he changed the locks to the office was not correct. She further informed me that the key I had already taken and tried in the lock that would not even go in let alone turn was the correct key and would work. I tried to explain to her twice what the problem was with the key. She basically told me I was a liar And did not know what I was talking about. Needless to say I got my money back and it is going to be a long time before I go to home depot again. I think This Company needs to do some serious work on customer service.

At home depot pearl city, employees come to you to ask if you need help. They are knowledgeable and friendly. At Lowes, the employess are no where to be found and have NO customer service!
Went for lumber. Needed to have it cut so I could load it in my car. Saw once again was broken. That's okay. The lumber was a mess. Looked like left overs that went through a hurricane. Next went for paint. Wanted a varnish that would dry and not still be tacky two months later like the last one I bought. Sadly there was no one in the paint department that knew anything about paint. Went to Lowes. Paid a little more, but walked away feeling like people were willing to help. Anyone ever heard of customer service?
