If you pay cash at Triple FFF they will reimburse cash if item returned on same day otherwise a reimbursement check is mailed beyond the one day. It takes two weeks to receive reimbursement check per date of this post
I stopped at their warehouse to pick up items for my family. The staff in the reception area was very nice. The guy prepping my order noticed an error in my order and corrected right away which I was very appreciative of. He helped me load my items in my vehicle which he didn't have to do.
