I just happen across this place while I was working in Hawaii. I had a cleaning and and a filling re filled. The cleaning was great the filling was... good but as the other reviewer wrote i had some sensitive. I thought I was told I had a root canal years before and the metal filling he was put in to replace the poor job from another dentist in Seattle. He said it would pass. 6 months later it did not and the new dentist at the office informed me i did not have a root canal. How ever the guy how fixed me up the first time is no longer there. The staff is great and everyone is nice. I am going back to get a crown. One bad apple should not spoil the bunch.

They didn't numb me good. So I still Felt the pain
First of all, I am in the medical field. For every patient you are supposed to use two patient identifiers, such as name and date of birth. This lady came out and said common with me. I sat in the chair and they were about to do a major procedure on me. I argued that this is not what I came for. The dentist also came in and didnt even identify me. The lady had a needle in hand to numb me up before I asked for a procedural pause. They realized they had the wrong patient. And the right dentist tried to make it sound like an honest mistake. The assistant made it sound like it was my fault. The funny thing was I was wearing my work coveralls that had my name on them. I asked to speak to a manager no such luck. And still till this day they have not called or apologized for their screw up. WARNING!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY JUST WANT YOU MONEY AND CHARGE YOU FOR FALSE PROCEDURES!!!!
Fast, friendly and they do great work. They made my two year old daughter very comfortable and made her first dentist appointment an awesome one!
