If you're looking for a detail shop that will take the time to listen to a customers needs and do an awesome job, this is the place to take your vehicle. Because they do great work, they are pretty busy so you definitely want to call for an appointment.

I've been to many detail shops and most of the others ignore what you're asking for and try to continuously convince you to do the most expensive packages, some in the range of $1500+
This place is extremely overpriced for the work that they do. We came to pick up our car and it had water spots on the windows (which apparently isn't included in the package we bought.) I'm pretty sure we could've done a better job by washing it ourselves. We paid for the platinum package for mid size car, which included a hand buff, however the car didn't reflect that at all. The guy that looked over the car with us was very friendly and genuine but we were not happy with the work that was put in. My husband found several spots where you could still see dirt on the vehicle so we're not even sure how well it was washed. We told them our complaints and he offered to wipe down the vehicle again for us which was nice. Even though the employees we're friendly the overall work on the car was horrible. I DO NOT recommend this place if you want a good job done. Again, friendly service but horrible quality.
For an auto detailing place they have a complete lack of attention to detail. This is how much dirt and was still on the bottom of the inside of my doors and trim. I paid for the diamond package that includes trim restoration and all of my trim was back to grey two days later when it rained
Customer service with Ben is as good as it gets. He personally helped me with debadging my brand new vehicle and gave me everything i needed to make it work so i don't spend a ton somewhere else. He is the best hands down that i have seen and he personally gets involved with all of my services like ceramic coatings, large detailing jobs, buffing scratches, etc. He is honest, up and up, and very informative. I go to him for advice on most of my vehicle questions be it detailing, products, or other services since he knows a lot with his body work experiences and connections. That is saying a lot as i tend to be paranoid with shady experiences with other companies over the years and i tend to really stick to people that i find honest and fair. As an example i got a brand new truck that i didn't drive for a week yet and found a scratch while doing another service and he came down himself to inspect it for me and guided me on what needed to be done to ease my concerns and told to stop by his shop afterwards so i did. He then went to take the scratch out himself with wet sanding and buffing in a hard to reach area. Ben and his crew is the real deal and i would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family. If you are looking for a business that will take care of you or at least try there damn best then Ben and crew is the way to go.
