My first visit to Massage Envy made me a member for life! The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and truly concerned about your needs. I was expecting a more clinical environment, but I was transported into a Zen, spa like atmosphere in the heart of a pearl city shopping center! Convenient AND fantastic!!! The rooms are peaceful and the decor is calming. I've had many therapists and have never had a bad experience, and I come from Arizona, land of the spas :). Becoming a member has helped me really take care of myself, finally. Every time I used to get a massage I would think how I need to do it more often, but I would delay and put it off, and six months later I would be a solid mass of knots again. With my monthly membership (very affordable, by the way!!), I’m already paid and I have started scheduling as I leave so I know when my next treatment is coming. I really cannot say enough about this place. Give it a try! You will love it!
I gave them a one because you can't give them a zero. They had good customer service but getting out of the contract is more stressful then anything. I recommend finding a place that doesn't make you do the most to get out of a contract. You will lose your hard earned money. It's totally not worth it. Find another place to get a massage and you'll get more stuff you can add on. Worst decision I ever made was walking into a massage envy.
They are so busy you have to book 90 days out! Don't waste your money. There are plenty of local therapist on Island who do a better job and love what they do. This place has gone to be a fast food place of massages
